Local Pickup

Order pickup is available at our Surrey office located at Unit 212-12992 76 Avenue from Monday-Friday between 9:00am – 4:00pm (exclusive of statutory holidays).

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 48-hours and shipping is coordinated upon order payment. Floc Systems Inc. does their best to process orders as soon as possible; however, processing times are dependent on stock availability and shipping courier pick-up times.

Domestic and International Shipping

Shipping costs are determined based on shipping courier and location and are calculated during invoicing. Orders typically ship through Purolator, though other shipping companies will be considered at the customer’s request. Please note that shipping times are not guaranteed and Pacific Land Group/Floc Systems Inc. accepts no responsibility for the timing of delivery and/or shipping delays.

Returns

Tiger Floc Products are not re-usable and the acceptance of returns is at the discretion of Pacific Land Group/Tiger Floc Systems.
